[SukiImo – Afterword]

Nice to meet you! I’m the novice writer known as Anzu Inukai!

I feel truly blessed to be able to present my new story in this format. This book is only my second work, and it’s very unlike the Childhood Friends story that I wrote before, meaning I managed to produce something with a fresh feeling!

My debut work “The Story of How I Have All My Firsts Stolen by Losing Bets With my Twisted Genius Childhood Friend” was scheduled to have its third volume released around the same time, and I’d be happy if you’ve already gotten your hands on that!

Well then.

This book is a yuri love triangle about wavering between the girl you like and her little sister. At first, I mostly wrote one-on-one stories, but in time I started thinking I’d like to write a love triangle, too and began this book, and I’d be delighted if you enjoyed it!

The protagonist of this book, Yuika, is a girl who isn’t very used to being worried or lost, for better or worse. For that reason she turned into a bit of a coward, and on the other hand there’s Mimi, with a heart that will never stray once she’s decided on a course of action. I thought it would be great if I could properly write the relationship between these two who are similar in some ways, and polar opposites in others.

Next time I’d like to dive deeper into Nagisa’s character. Will Yuika be able to completely give up on her love for Nagisa? Just how much will Nagisa meddle in the relationship between Yuika and Mimi? I hope we can watch over them together next time, too.

And finally, some words of gratitude. To my designated editor, who’s always giving their all for my works, to Kouji Shio-sensei, who has drawn wonderful illustrations for me, to all of you esteemed readers who took up this book, to all of you who keep supporting me, and finally to all those who were involved in making this book, I’d like to use this space to offer my deepest thanks.

Let us meet again one day! See you!

Synopsis

A love triangle about getting entangled between a serious older sister and her not-so-decent younger sister.

I – Yuika Amemiya, broken hearted person – confessed to Nagisa Hanafusa…and got rejected. Unable to bear watching me smoulder in my lingering affection any longer, her little sister Mimi-chan, no stranger to me, makes me an offer. “I’ll let you forget the feelings you have for my sister.” – whatever I wanted to do with Nagisa, I could do with her. Her lookalike younger sister would take her place and I’d go on dates with Mimi-chan dressed as Nagisa – Yuika-senpai, even though you think of me like a younger sister, an important friend…you’re about to kiss me, hm” – like I’m about to drown, I thrust my greed onto her. And as I interact with her as “Nagisa’s replacement”, I gradually become attracted to Mimi-chan herself, just what is wrong with me?

Writer – Anzu Inukai

A novice author who mostly writes Yuri novels. I like aquariums and Cafes. My dream is to tour the entire country to see all kinds of jellyfish in aquariums.

Illustrator – Kouji Shio

I make Yuri games while working as an illustrator. Reading this story that was stuffed with scenes that make my heartbeat go faster was bliss. As a Yuri fan, I had lots of fun drawing the illustrations!
